As of September 20 11:59pm Auckland has moved to level 3, while the rest of New Zealand remains at Level 2.

Our Auckland store is still only available for pickup during level 3, Christchurch & Hamilton branches are open instore. As of 11:59pm tonight the whole country will enter alert level four lockdown for three days, alert levels will be reviewed after this 3-day period with the Auckland and areas around the Coromandel Peninsula expected to be reviewed after 7 days.

Latest COVID-19 Announcement - March 8th 2021


As of 6.00am on Sunday 7th March, Auckland has come out of a level 3 lockdown and moved to alert level 2. The rest of New Zealand has moved to alert level 1.

Our Auckland branch will remain open, and our Safety Specialists will be back on the road visiting customers while adhering to level 2 guidelines. Our Hamilton and Christchurch branches remain open as per normal.

Latest COVID-19 Announcement - March 1st 2021


Due to newly discovered Auckland cluster of COVID-19 cases, precautionary measures have been taken and as at 6.00am Sunday, February 28th, Auckland has entered alert level 3 restrictions, and the rest of the country has entered alert level 2 for one week.

As an essential service, our Auckland branch will remain open this week, we ask that any customers visiting our Auckland branch adheres to strict COVID-19 guidelines. Our Hamilton & Christchurch branches will remain open as per usual, with COVID-19 guidelines observed. We will provide any updates on our website should there be any changes in alert levels. We encourage face masks to be work while visiting any of our branches. Hand sanitiser will be available for your use in our stores.

Latest COVID-19 Announcement - February 18th 2021


After a short but sharp lockdown in Auckland the Government has announced that Auckland will move to Level 2, whilst the rest of New Zealand will move to Level 1. This will be reviewed on Monday 22nd of February.
What it means for us?
As an essential service, our Auckland branch will remain open with altered opening hours. On Monday 15th of February our Auckland branch will be open from 10.00am until 4.00pm. On Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th of February our Auckland branch will be open from 8.00am until 4.00pm. Our Hamilton & Christchurch branches will remain open with normal hours. These hours will be reviewed on a daily basis depending on any changes to the current Alert Levels.
Our Auckland based Safety Specialists will be working as usual however they will be abiding by level 2 restrictions such as social distancing and contact tracing.

We ask that you adhere to government guidelines and remain socially distanced while in our stores. We also encourage face masks to be work while visiting any of our branches. Hand sanitiser will be available for your use in our stores.

Due to new community cases being found in South Auckland, the Government has announced that Auckland will move to Level 3, whilst the rest of New Zealand will move to Level 2. This is effective until 11.59pm on Wednesday 17th February.

Latest COVID-19 Announcement - Wednesday 18th November 2020


Face coverings help stop droplets spreading when someone speaks, laughs, coughs or sneezes.
The New Zealand Government has just announced that as of 11:59pm on Wednesday 18th November you legally must wear a face covering when you're travelling to, from or through Auckland on public transport. This includes long-distance bus and train journeys.
You also legally must wear a face covering when you're travelling on a domestic flight anywhere in New Zealand - this does not include private flights.
Drivers of taxis and ride-shares in Auckland legally must wear a face covering. If you're a passenger in a taxi or ride-share, they encourage you to wear a face covering.

Latest COVID-19 Announcement - Tuesday 22nd September 2020


Dear customers.

The New Zealand Government announced yesterday (Monday 21st September 2020) that all of New Zealand, except Auckland will now move to level 1 with Auckland moving to level 2 at 11.59pm on Wednesday 23rd September 2020.
Our stores in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch are open as usual.
We will still require you to sign in as required by the New Zealand Government by either scanning the QR code prior to entering or filling in your details manually on a form at reception.

Latest COVID-19 Announcement - Wednesday 12th August 2020


Dear customers,

As of 12 noon today (Wednesday 12th August), Auckland will move to Alert Level 3. The rest of New Zealand will move to Alert Level 2.
As we are an essential business, our stores in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch will remain open during this period.
